To Sail a Yacht your Team must: Manage Themselves.... Delegate.... Interact.... Communicate.... Motivate.... Work Together.... Achieve Their Common Goal
Everybody thinks of team building courses as two barrels, two planks of wood and a make believe river! But have you ever thought about enhancing your team’s skills by completing a team building course aboard a yacht? A yacht is the perfect platform to run a team building course, quite simply because the team will be in a real life situation and given real life tasks to complete. To sail a yacht well the crew must work as a highly effective team. These skills are essential for business performance as well as sail performance. Each one of your team members regardless of their individual level in your business will step aboard at the same level. Various tasks will be set for them to complete and then team members will be fully debriefed after each task to assess and improve their own personal team skills.
